Application information
Application and admission routes may request identity, contact, college, programme, academic and payment-reference information needed to assess or administer a programme. Provide accurate information and only the documents requested through an official route.
How information is used
Information may be used for application review, admission, cohort administration, communication, attendance, learning operations, receipts, records, evaluation and programme support. Access should be limited to people and service providers involved in those functions.
Payments and sensitive data
Never provide a UPI PIN, bank password, card PIN or one-time code. A transaction reference may be requested for an official admission record, but the portal and help desk do not need access to your banking credentials.
Browser consent
The website stores consent choices locally using ci_cookie_consent, ci_cookie_consent_version and ci_cookie_consent_date. No analytics or marketing tracker is loaded by the current common component.
Learner records and requests
Some programme records must be retained for legitimate academic, operational, financial or legal purposes. For a correction or privacy question, email internship@chatakeinnoworks.com with your cohort ID where relevant. Do not include passwords.
