How new admissions should work
Student selects Internship 1.0 Cohort 2, Launchpad 2.0 or a specialized course.
Student enters personal, parent, academic, contact and program details with photo upload.
Student pays first installment or full fee and submits transaction ID. Online gateway can be added later.
Backend creates program-specific admission number, documents, receipt and student portal credential.
Backend recommendation: use a separate sheet or at least separate tabs for new public admissions. Do not mix new applicants directly into the current Internship 1.0 operational sheet until the backend is made cohort-aware.
